Your gown is custom-made for you to fit your measurements precisely, so we can't accept returns or exchanges unless there's a genuine manufacturing defect. Please double-check your measurements before confirming your order, as we can't be responsible for any necessary adjustments unless there's a rare fault. Please note that even though a gown is made to your measurements, alterations are needed for most brides to get the gown fitting you perfectly. We suggest to find a local professional tailor to carry our your alterations and also measure you at the start of this process.
If you want to change your gown, you can do so before your order is confirmed by our head office, but you'll need to cover any price difference. All gowns undergo rigorous quality control to ensure precise construction and sizing. We strongly recommend trying on your gown as soon as it arrives. If you're concerned about the fit within 7 days of receiving your order, please contact us at info@sarahjoseph.com or call 0424411716, providing updated measurements and images before returning the gown. Please note that some beaded fabrics can shed some beads and this is not deemed as a manufacturing fault.
